Minimum time for measuring HR using Gh3026 GH3026

Hi,

I want to know the minimum time for measuring the HR, SPO2, and so on. I use the GH3026.

I am going to measure the HR per minute but I couldn't decide the duration of measuring.

Please let me know the duration of measuring.

The fastest output time of heart rate and blood oxygen depends on the quality of the collected data signal. Based on our experience in testing big data, the average output time of heart rate is usually around 11S, and blood oxygen is around 15S
