Hello Goodix Support Team,

I am using the GR5526 Starter Kit (GR5526-SK-BASIC-REV.E) along with the PSD 360×360 v2 LCD (20240229).

I have the following issue:

• The BLE functionality works correctly, both with your Gprogrammer/testing tool and using the examples provided in your SDK folder.
• The LCD screen does not turn on. I have tried several methods and examples, but the screen remains off.
• Specifically, the graphics example provided in the SDK folder does not work on the LCD, even though BLE examples work fine.

Things I have tried:

1. Verified that the LCD clip is properly attached to the board.
2. Tested BLE example code – works fine.
3. Tried the LCD graphics example provided in the SDK – the screen does not turn on.
4. Reset the board and power-cycled multiple times.

Could you please guide me on why the LCD graphics example is not working and how to get the LCD screen working properly?
