Principle of Goodix Algorithm SDK for health monitor using GH3026 GH3026

Hi,

I want to know the principle of the algorithm provided by Goodix.

The porting guide has been mentioned in Goodix算法调用SDK接口说明书_v0.4.pdf

1. How to calculate the HR, SPO2 and so on? Traditional method or Deep Learning?

2. Relation between slot sampling rate and the calculation period of health value?

Interrupt period decided by GH3X2X_FifoWatermarkThrConfig(waterline) and Config, affects the calculation period?

->Deep Learning

2. Relation between slot sampling rate and the calculation period of health value?

->The slot sampling rate does not affect the calculated value,The slot sampling rate need >2*Heart rate frequency

Interrupt period decided by GH3X2X_FifoWatermarkThrConfig(waterline) and Config, affects the calculation period?

->It does not affect the calculated period

Hi

The screenshot you took shows the sampling rate of the heart rate algorithm, which is usually set to 25Hz. For the actual sampling rate of the heart rate module during operation, please refer to the configuration in the screenshot below. For example, the red box is set to 39, which represents 1000/(39+1)=25Hz
