now we are working with the GR551x chip with SDK 1.7.0 and FreeRTOS (from the Goodix BSP).

When developing, there are many useful C++ functions that are missing in their pure form in C. The idea came up to make a wrapper for SDK and FreeRTOS for working in C++. I realized that in SDK there are many files already wrapped in C++:

Before starting this work, I would like to ask you about possible problems and, in general, the possibility of implementing this? Have you had similar projects? is there anything that can make this C to C++ transition impossible?
