1、HRV在出值后就会持续输出,如果信号不好找不到可靠的峰就不会更新结果,所以输出的就是不变的值,置信度30%是一个比较低的状态,所以结果是相符的;
2、HRV在运动下是可以测量的,但是会受到运动伪影的干扰,信号可能会比较差,准确性不敢保证;
3、佩戴对PPG的影响比较大,表带尽量选择比较柔软的,测量时偏紧佩戴(不勒手),尽量保持静止;
